How We Use AI

Platinum Marketing Directory LLC (“Platinum Directory”) uses a variety of AI technologies to enhance your experience on our platform. Our AI-powered concierge, Navi, helps you discover businesses, find deals, plan itineraries, and navigate the Temecula Valley like a local.

What AI Does

• Provides personalized business recommendations based on your preferences
• Helps you search and discover local businesses and Smart Offers
• Creates custom itineraries for events, date nights, and outings
• Answers questions about businesses, deals, and the Temecula Valley area
• Suggests relevant deals and experiences based on your interests

AI-Driven Outreach & Follow-Ups

With your consent (granted when you sign up, claim a business listing, save a deal, or opt into a campaign), Platinum Directory may from time to time use AI systems to follow up with you on the same channels a human from our team might. This is a normal part of how we run the platform — you should expect it to happen and be able to opt out of any channel independently.

• AI voice calls placed by our AI receptionist (“Luma”) or comparable artificial-voice systems. Every AI call is disclosed at the start as AI-generated, per the FCC's February 2024 AI-voice consent rules.
• AI-drafted emails (e.g. cascade follow-ups, deal alerts, claim reminders) sent from our regular outbound domain. These carry the same Unsubscribe link as any other marketing email.
• AI-drafted SMS when you have explicitly opted into SMS communications. Reply STOP to halt all SMS instantly.

Each channel has its own opt-out. Some people prefer email, some prefer SMS, some prefer a phone call — so opting out of one channel does NOT automatically opt you out of the others. Manage each independently:

• Email marketing only: visit /unsubscribe or change your digest frequency in your dashboard settings. SMS and voice continue.
• SMS only: reply STOP to any text. Email and voice continue.
• AI / live voice calls only: say “remove me from the list” on any call. Email and SMS continue.

Transactional communications (receipts, password resets, security alerts, appointment confirmations) and AI calls you initiate yourself are not part of any marketing list and are not affected by these opt-outs.

What AI Does NOT Do

• Make purchases or financial transactions on your behalf without explicit confirmation
• Access your private account data, passwords, or payment information
• Modify your account settings or profile without your request
• Post to social media or send messages on your behalf without approval
• Access or modify any website code, databases, or administrative functions

Data Handling

Conversations with Navi are used to provide relevant recommendations and improve your experience. We do not sell your conversation data to third parties. Anonymized interaction patterns may be used to improve our AI systems and platform features. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Accuracy

AI-generated recommendations are informational and based on data available in our directory. While we strive for accuracy, we recommend verifying details (hours, pricing, availability) directly with businesses before visiting. AI suggestions do not constitute professional advice.

Opt-Out

AI features are optional. You can close the Navi chat panel at any time and browse the directory manually. AI is never mandatory for using Platinum Directory.
