For too long, local discovery has been controlled by national platforms that charge businesses extortionate fees and serve consumers a curated feed optimized for ad revenue, not relevance. We're building the alternative — a verified directory where every business is a real Temecula Valley operator, every offer is transparent, and every transaction keeps more of its value in the community where it was earned.

Jesse leads product, engineering, and growth at Platinum Directory. With a background in marketing automation and small-business technology, Jesse designed PD's revenue model to be radically aligned with business outcomes — sales reps earn from real conversion, not from cold-call contracts. Jesse is based in Temecula and works with local operators directly to keep the platform tightly fit to how Wine Country actually does business.

Frank Suwalski

Co-founder · Sales & Partnerships

Frank runs sales, partnerships, and merchant relationships. He has spent more than two decades selling to and supporting independent businesses across Southern California, and brings that operator-first instinct to every PD tier — from a free-listing wine bar to a Platinum Elite winery. Frank meets every business owner personally during onboarding and continues as the primary point of contact for membership concerns.

  • Local Offers Marketplace. Real, transparent deals from local operators — no bait-and-switch, no manufactured discount math. Most platforms take 50%; PD takes between 17–30% depending on tier so the business actually makes money on every redemption.
  • Digital Business Cards. Every owner, employee, or sales rep can carry a brand-aligned digital business card that links back to their listing — built so a single QR scan onboards a new customer in under 30 seconds.
  • Earn Rewards. Consumers earn points for sharing, redeeming, and reviewing — points convert to cash, gift cards, or offer discounts. The reward economy is the consumer side of giving Power back to the people.
